About Us

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in joining our course on becoming a bar or bat mitzvah. The bar and bat mitzvah ceremonies are a right of passage for young people transitioning to adulthood but also for adults as well, who may not have had the opportunity to be a bar or bat mitzvah and now, want to experience the full Jewish life experience. So it is not unusual for an adult—even someone who is 100 years old—to have a bar or bat mitzvah.

In this course, we will outline what is involved in becoming a bar or bat mitzvah. You will have the opportunity to study at your own pace and also receive individual instruction from Rabbi Marc as you shape your experience along the way.

Our Services

We provide a full range of training for students of all ages who wish to become a bar or bat mitzvah. This includes both traditional and reform ceremonies with your choice of Hebrew or English or both used in the service. You will be able to plan as elaborate or as simple a ceremony as you would like with our guidance every step of the way.

Plan

We start with planning to help you fit your studies into your family's routine. Bar or Bat mitzvah training is truly a family and friends affair!

Learn

You will be able to learn at your own pace and our team will help you along the way. Once you feel ready and the Rabbi agrees, you will become a bar or bat mitzvah.

Celebrate

Becoming a bar or bat mitzvah means you are recognized as a responsible, adult member of the Jewish community. That is a major achievement to celebrate!

Meet Our Bar & Bat Mitzvah's
